We use your information to process bookings, dispatch and match drivers, calculate fares, provide customer support, and communicate trip updates such as driver arrival and ETA changes.
We may also use aggregated, de-identified data to improve service quality, pricing accuracy, and driver availability across service areas.
3. Location Data
Precise location is used only for the duration of an active or requested trip — to find nearby drivers, calculate routes and fares, and share your live location with your assigned driver and, if you choose, with people you share your trip status with.

We share only the information necessary to fulfil a booking with the assigned driver (name, pickup/drop location, contact number). We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Information may be disclosed where required by law, to protect the safety of riders or drivers, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition.
