Are there any hidden charges?
No. The fare shown in the booking widget before you confirm is the fare you pay, plus applicable GST.
Why do airport trips cost more?
Airports levy a fixed entry/pickup fee, which we pass through unmarked-up — it varies slightly by airport.
What counts as a "night" surcharge?
A night charge applies only to trips that actually run between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM, reflecting off-peak driver availability. It is shown to you upfront but is not part of the fare you're quoted — your driver confirms at drop-off whether it applied, and it is only collected then. The amount varies by vehicle class; you'll see the exact figure for your cab before you book.
