Identity and licence on file
Every driver is registered with their licence number and contact details before they can be activated. No document, no account.
Background check recorded
A driver carries an explicit background-check state. Anyone not cleared stays inactive and is never offered a trip.
PIN-verified pickup
A driver cannot start your trip until you give them your 4-digit PIN. The dispatch server refuses a wrong one — so you never get into the wrong car.
Tracked for the whole trip
Position is streamed live from the moment your driver accepts through to drop-off, so you and our support team can both see the ride.
